The VacMaster VP112s has been re-engineered with a heavy-duty lid and chamber allowing for repetitive sealing. The VP112S features advanced chamber vacuum technology, allowing you to vacuum package liquids and high moisture foods such as soups and marinades. Now features marinating cycle, which will marinate and infuse meats with deeper flavor. 

The VP112S has a low-profile design making it easily manageable and countertop friendly. Ideal for home kitchens, hunters and fisherman and sous vide cooking.

The machine is easy to use, with adjustable vacuum and sealing times and an easy-to-read pressure indicator. It also has a "stop" option, which will allow you to immediately start the seal process. To use the chamber sealer, place the bag inside the chamber and close the lid. Air is sucked out of the entire chamber, not just the bag itself, allowing air pressure on the inside and outside of the bag to remain equal and liquids to stay in the bag. The bag is then sealed and air is returned back into the chamber. The VP112 is ideal for vacuum packaging soups, stews, marinades, meats, or any type of liquid rich food. With the VP112S, you can eliminate food waste and protect your foods from dehydration and freezer burn!
