Our version of the quintessentially English pickling spice is a blend of mustard seed and other whole herbs - perfect for pickling fruits and vegetables, and for flavoring vinegar.
Slightly different from other picking recipes. Northern Valley Spice Co. adds chili peppers, fenugreek and coriander to our mix for an extra burst of flavor. Use to pickle your favorite vegetables, or add to your poaching water to cook shrimp.
