When it comes to packing lunches in the mornings for yourself or the kiddos, it can be time consuming and expensive buying store bought lunch items.
Here you can put together great lunches for the entire week that you and the kids will love and so will your pocket book.

Ham and Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 Slices Bread
- 4 Slices ham
- 2 Slices Swiss or Provolone Cheese
- 4 leafs of lettuce (Romaine)
- 6 Slices cucumbers
- 1/2 Banana
- Small group of grapes
- 1 Granola bar
- 1/2 Apple

BLT Wrap
Ingredients
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 2-3 lettuce leafs
- ½ tomato, sliced
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 2 large tortillas
- 1½ Tbsp. Tessemae's Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Tessemae's Green Goddess Dressing
- fresh cracked pepper

Turkey Tortilla Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons prepared pesto
- 2 large or burrito size flour tortillas (I used whole wheat), room temperature
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce with ribs removed, or any lettuce
- 6-8 slices fresh deli turkey (medium thickness works best)
- 3 slices of provolone cheese, thin sliced

Ham and Cheese Wraps with Greek Quinoa Salad (Optional)
H&C Roll-Ups Ingredients:
- 3 Large tortillas (I used whole wheat)
- Approx 12 slices of thin sliced ham
- 6 slices cheese of choice (I used white cheddar)
- 8 oz. container chive & onion cream cheese (If you don't like this flavor, choose plain or another of your choice!
Quinoa Salad Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry quinoa
- 2 cups water
- Handful cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- Handful kalamata olives, pitted & halved
- 1/2 cup + feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Sea / Himalayan salt

Banana Peanut Butter Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 Wheat Tortilla
- 2 TB Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana
- Fruits and veggies on side
Directions
- Spread peanut butter onto tortilla and place sliced bananas on top.
- Roll and cut in half
- Place banana wrap, fruits and veggies into a container to keep cold until lunch!
